Your spending limit is the amount that you can spend with
your Comfort Card at our 4,000 participating
shops. On your periodic statements you can find
the amount that is then available.
How can I change my bank account number?
You can only change this in writing. For this change we
need the following:
Copy of valid identification (passport or drivers
license)
Copy of recent (last month) bank from your new bank account.
Original signature on the copy of recent (last month)
bank from your new bank account.
Your Comfort Card account number (mention this in your
request).

What do I have to do if my card is lost or stolen?
Contact our call centre on (070) 22 30 30. Outside
opening hours you can leave a message on the answering
machine. Your card will be blocked immediately.
Is my Comfort Card protected against misuse?
No, your card will not be blocked until you report it
lost or stolen. Therefore we offer Card Service. It costs you only €
7.50 per year and protects you against misuse of the card

Do you offer a service for dispensation of redemption in case of incapacity, unemployment or
death?
In the event of your disability or unemployment, Comfort
Card will pay your monthly instalments for you. If you die,
the whole amount will be written off. Costs per month are
0.55% of your outstanding balance.
